This handcrafted saya features a Kuro-ishime-nuri (黒石目塗) finish—a deep black lacquer surface textured with fine, stone-like granules. 

The koiguchi (mouth), kurigata (cord knob), and kojiri (end cap) are made from polished natural horn, providing both structural integrity and organic beauty. 

The saya shown in the photos is sized for a katana, but wakizashi and tanto sizes are also available, all at the same price.
