This handcrafted saya features a Murasaki Kōtaku-nuri (紫光沢塗) finish—an elegant lacquer technique using a rich purple base polished to a high gloss. 

The koiguchi (mouth), kurigata (cord knob), and kojiri (end cap) are made from polished natural horn, ensuring both durability and natural elegance. 

The saya shown in the photos is sized for a katana, but wakizashi and tanto sizes are also available, all at the same price.
