The blade is hand-forged from Damascus steel, created by repeatedly folding and forging at least two different types of steel, such as high-carbon and low-carbon steel. This process results in a distinct layered structure, revealing unique patterns after polishing. Clay tempering enhances the blade's hardness, and the Hamon is clearly visible.
